Contractor Born in Mumbai in India she was raised in Nigeria up until she turned seven. She was already exposed to many different travels and cultures from a young age. Contractor was an outstanding scholar in Toronto and trained to be a classical ballet dancer. Contractor aged 16 at the time she realized that performing would become her profession. She had danced for almost 10 year. Contractor, who had completed her university degree, went on to audition during an open call for Pericles in the world-renowned Stratford Shakespeare Festival, [Ontario Canadawhich she won the part. After 92 performances, she received glowing reviews. This play was named the top production by Canadian the critics.
